We ship via United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS). Some destinations may have special shipping limitations. UPS will not ship to a PO box. Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii can only be sent using UPS 2nd Day Air.

Estimated Time to Arrival
Any orders received before 11:00 a.m. (Pacific Standard Time) will usually ship within 24 hours if all items are in stock. Orders received after 11:00 a.m. (Pacific Standard Time) will usually ship within one (1) business day of receipt. We send out an email notification when your items ship. If your order is shipped UPS, you will be given a tracking number that allows you to monitor the status of your shipment.

Freight Costs
Shipping cost can be estimated on our web site via your shopping cart. Simply put items you wish to order in your cart and click the Estimate link to calculate shipping costs before you buy.

Oversized Shipments
Some of the products we sell are considered oversized shipments and may only be shipped via UPS Ground. Oversize surcharge is not indicated on our current shopping cart system. We will confirm with you personally if your shipment requires an oversize surcharge.

International Shipments
At this time we do not ship outside of the United States. Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii can only be sent using UPS 2nd Day Air.

Note that downloadable software products do not require shipment.
