| Return Policy
For downloadable software products, a demo version is provided to insure customer satisfaction
and device compatibility prior to purchase. There should be no cause for return, and we reserve the right to refuse refunds on such products. However, contact us at if you have special considerations and we will consider each case individually.
For material goods requiring shipment, BrainGlue store customers must obtain a Return Authorization
Number (RA) before attempting to return any merchandise to Malone Consulting, LLC. Certain
items may need to be returned directly to the manufacturer rather than a warehouse, so check with us first.
To obtain an RA number, send an email describing the reason for return to with "Request for RA Number" as the subject. A
customer representative will issue you an RA number that must be clearly
indicated on the outside of the return parcel and on any paperwork.
Malone Consulting, LLC will not accept any returns of products submitted
more than 30 days after shipment of such products, excluding returns of
Defective products. RA numbers are valid for 20 days from issue date.
Restocking Fees
Non-Defective merchandise returned to Malone Consulting, LLC for any reason
other than an erroneously shipped product will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Product(s)
must be returned in original condition and within 30 days of the order
ship date, or it cannot be accepted for return.
Waiver of Liability and Indemnity
By purchasing any item from this BrainGlue store by phone, mail,
email, fax, online, or in person, the buyer warrants that he/she is in
compliance with his/her local laws, state laws, and federal laws, and
is legally able to purchase and posses these items. Malone Consulting, LLC
may not be held responsible for any noncompliance with any of these laws
whatsoever.
